2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • KYC and verification documents — where required to activate shipping or COD remittance services.
  • Bank account details — collected for the purpose of paying COD remittances to you.
  • Consignee information — the name, delivery address and contact number of your customers, which you upload to book shipments.
  • Enquiry details — information you submit through contact or enquiry forms.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, operating system and screen characteristics.
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it.
  • Pages visited, features used, and timestamps of activity on the Platform.

Information from third parties

  • Shipment status, delivery confirmations, weight readings and exception codes received from courier partners.
  • Order data synced from eCommerce platforms you connect to your FleetraShip account.

About consignee data: when you upload your customers' details to book a shipment, you remain responsible for having a lawful basis to share that information with us. We process it on your instructions solely to arrange and complete the delivery.

3. How We Use Information

  • To create, verify and administer your shipping account.
  • To fetch rates, book shipments, generate labels and manifests, and track parcels with courier partners.
  • To reconcile cash-on-delivery collections and pay remittances to your bank account.

  • To provide customer and technical support, including responding to your enquiries.
  • To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, misuse and prohibited shipments.
  • To send service communications, and — where you have not opted out — information about our offerings.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only as necessary to deliver the service:

  • Courier and logistics partners — consignee name, address, contact number and parcel details, so the shipment can be delivered and COD collected.

  • Technology service providers — hosting, communications and analytics vendors acting on our instructions under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and regulatory recipients — where disclosure is required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to equivalent protection.

We do not sell personal information.
