Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and Fleetraship Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. governing use of the Platform.

Last updated 13 August 2026 Entity Fleetraship Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FleetraShip website, dashboard and APIs (the "Platform"), operated by Fleetraship Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("FleetraShip", "we", "us"). By registering an account, booking a shipment or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Our Role as an Aggregator

FleetraShip is a technology platform that aggregates courier and logistics services. We do not ourselves transport goods. Physical pickup, transportation, delivery and cash collection are performed by independent third-party courier partners under their own terms of carriage.

We arrange these services on your instructions and pass through the rates, service levels and outcomes reported by those partners. Our services are currently offered for shipments originating and terminating within India.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise.
  • We may require verification or KYC documentation before activating certain services, including COD remittance.

4. Your Obligations

  • Declare the contents, value, weight and dimensions of every shipment accurately.
  • Package goods adequately for transit, having regard to their fragility and value.
  • Provide complete and correct consignee details, including a reachable contact number.
  • Hold all licences, registrations and permissions required to sell and ship the goods concerned.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including tax, e-way bill and labelling requirements.
  • Ensure you have a lawful basis to share consignee personal information with us and our courier partners.

5. Prohibited & Restricted Goods

You may not book shipments containing goods that are prohibited by law or by the applicable courier partner, including but not limited to:

  • Currency, bullion, precious stones and negotiable instruments.
  • Narcotics, psychotropic substances and controlled drugs.
  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives and weapons.
  • Flammable, corrosive, radioactive and other hazardous materials.
  • Live animals, human remains and perishable items not agreed in advance.
  • Counterfeit, pirated, obscene or otherwise unlawful goods.

Booking prohibited goods voids any claim in respect of that shipment, may result in seizure by authorities, and may lead to suspension of your account. You remain liable for any loss, penalty or damage arising from such a booking.

6. Charges & Payment

  • Rates displayed at booking are indicative and based on the weight and dimensions you declare.
  • Courier partners may re-measure parcels; the revised chargeable weight will be applied and reflected in your account.
  • Shipping charges are debited from your FleetraShip wallet. Sufficient balance must be maintained to book shipments.
  • All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We may revise rates on notice; revised rates apply to bookings made after the effective date.

7. COD Collection & Remittance

Where you enable cash on delivery, the courier partner collects the declared amount from the consignee and it is remitted to you per the cycle you select, less the applicable deduction. Remittance may be withheld or adjusted where a shipment is subject to investigation, dispute, chargeback or recovery of amounts owed to us. See our Quick COD and Refund Policy pages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability in respect of any shipment is limited to the compensation actually recovered from the relevant courier partner, or the declared value of the goods, whichever is lower.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, goodwill or anticipated savings.
  • We are not liable for delays, misroutes or non-delivery caused by the courier partner, the consignee, incorrect information supplied by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FleetraShip, its directors, employees and courier partners against any claim, demand, penalty, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misdeclaration of goods, your shipment of prohibited items, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and the FleetraShip name and mark, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for your own business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works from it without our written consent.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, shipped prohibited goods, or failed to pay amounts due. You may close your account at any time by written request, subject to settlement of outstanding dues and completion of in-transit shipments. Provisions relating to liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations to the extent caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, regulatory action, network or infrastructure failure, or restrictions imposed by government authority.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any agreed dispute-resolution process, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
